• Business records (entity docs, EIN letters, sales tax permits)

We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13.

 

How We Use Information

• Provide services: prepare/file returns, bookkeeping/payroll, advisory, client support

• Communications: appointment reminders, updates, deadlines, occasional newsletters (opt-out anytime)

Data Retention

We keep tax and accounting records at least 7 years (or longer if required by law, enforcement, audits, or to maintain accurate business records). Website analytics data is generally retained for a shorter period (e.g., 26 months). We delete or anonymize data when retention is no longer necessary.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including:

• Encrypted transmission and storage where supported

• Multi-factor authentication and least-privilege access

• Secure client portal for document exchange

• Staff training and written information security practices (WISP)

 

No system is 100% secure; please use strong, unique passwords and notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.
